It now writes nonsense news and nasty comments on discussion boards.
What kind of fake news or comment series could he have come up with e.g. your city?

The hallmarks of fake news are that
- the news is not true
- no sources can be found for the news from where the information was obtained and
- it was written by someone other than the real reporter.
Signs of trolling:
- try to annoy and get in a bad mood,
- does not justify opinions factually and
- spread bad community spirit online.
